The concept of Anchoring Innovation can be of great interest to companies and associations who want to prepare, discuss, implement or evaluate innovation(s) in their organization. The success of innovations is only to a limited extent dependent of its intrinsic qualities. For the most part, the innovation is a success or failure due to human responses to it. This 'human factor' is what we are looking at. Past and/or existing events, thoughts or behaviour can help to guarantee innovations for the future.

Researchers in our team study antiquity and since this is the area of our expertise we will always confront you with this breeding ground of innovations (naturally we do this in an accessible and understandable way) in order to shed new light on the present. No previous knowledge on or interested in antiquity is required. Presentations by our team members will give a unexpected and refreshing inside in the process of acceptation of innovations, which can help you dealing with similar or different innovations in your own organization.

Presentations, workshops and similar activities can be given in Dutch or English and generally takes a maximum of 60 minutes. Your company might have specific wishes: please consult the Anchoring Innovation coordinator to explain your preferences. We will probably be able to meet your requests.
